Privacy policy
Effective 10 August 2026. This policy explains how Chasewell handles business, customer and account information.
Information we process
We process account identity information, business settings, quote details, customer email addresses, follow-up messages, delivery events and customer replies that you provide or generate while using Chasewell.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the quote-follow-up service, schedule and deliver messages, detect replies, prevent unwanted delivery, provide reports, secure accounts and respond to support requests.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, identity, email-delivery and future payment providers to operate Chasewell. They process only the information needed to provide their services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Data separation and security
Workspace records are separated by authenticated account. Sensitive delivery credentials are stored outside the application source. Webhook requests are cryptographically verified before being accepted.
Retention and deletion
We retain workspace information while the account is active and as reasonably required for security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Account owners may request export or deletion by contacting support.
Your responsibilities
You must have a lawful reason to contact each customer and must provide accurate information. Customers may reply STOP or unsubscribe; Chasewell suppresses those addresses from later automated follow-ups.
Your rights
Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning their personal information. Requests are handled after appropriate identity verification.
