Cancellation and refund policy

We want the commercial terms to be clear before you subscribe.

Trial and activation

No subscription charge is taken during account setup unless a paid checkout explicitly states otherwise. Any trial length and renewal date are displayed before payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and prevents the next renewal charge. Access remains available until that period ends unless the account is closed for abuse.

First-payment refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of the first subscription payment. We may decline or prorate a request where the service has been extensively used, substantial email delivery costs were incurred, or abuse is suspected, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins. Contact us promptly if a duplicate payment or billing error occurs.

How to request one

Email support with the account email, transaction reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and timing depends on the payment provider.
