Effective 10 August 2026. By creating or using a Chasewell workspace, you agree to these terms.

The service

Chasewell helps service businesses organize quotes, schedule follow-up email, receive replies and track customer decisions. Features may change as the service improves.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of uploaded information, and activity performed through your workspace. Do not share access or attempt to view another customer’s data.

Acceptable use

Use Chasewell only for legitimate business communications with people you are permitted to contact. Spam, purchased contact lists, unlawful content, impersonation, harassment and attempts to bypass delivery safeguards are prohibited.

Customer communications

You control the content and recipients of messages sent from your workspace. You must comply with applicable marketing, privacy and consumer-protection laws and honor opt-out requests.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, included usage and taxes are disclosed before purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not erase existing workspace records.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery or that every quote will convert. Email delivery can be affected by recipient systems and third-party providers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chasewell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business decisions made from the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, payment or abuse risks. You may stop using Chasewell and request account closure at any time.
